What is Florida Electrical Prep?
Exam preparation for the Florida electrical license exams (Unlimited Electrical Contractor — Technical/Safety, Residential Electrical Contractor — Technical/Safety, Electrical Contractors — Business). Lessons and practice questions are written from the 2023 NEC and each one cites the section it comes from. It is operated by MITRYXA and is not affiliated with Pearson VUE, the Florida DBPR, the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board, NFPA or OSHA.
What does Florida Electrical Prep cost?
Two options, both one-time payments with no subscription. The 7-day pass is $9 and opens the whole course, including 15 AI tutor credits. Lifetime access is $149 and never expires. If you buy the pass first, that $9 is credited toward lifetime, so trying it first costs nothing extra.
Can I try it before paying?

Can I get a refund?
Lifetime access has a 14-day refund window if you have completed fewer than 5 lessons and used fewer than 20 tutor credits — email us, no form and no reason needed. Which code edition is the material written to?
The 2023 NEC. Everything was last reviewed 2026-09-21. The site never reproduces code text; each statement is a paraphrase with the section cited so you can check it in your own book.
How is the Florida Unlimited Electrical Contractor — Technical/Safety exam scored?

How do I qualify and apply?

What happens if I fail the exam?
The retake rules are set by the board and Pearson VUE, not by us, and are covered in the exam guide at https://floridaelectricalprep.com/exam-guide.
